Use your separate staff account. Customer accounts cannot access administration.
Prototype access uses passwords. MFA is pending before production launch.
Event operations
Prepare a draft, add tickets, then publish. Pausing stops new reservations.
Add or edit a ticket type
Prices use minor units (e.g. 12000 = SGD 120.00). Generic templates generate independent seats. Existing seat maps cannot be replaced.
Order oversight
Latest 500 orders. Paid totals below cover these displayed orders only. Refunds, reissues, payment settlement and admission scanning are not implemented.

Staff access
